PLEASE NOTE: With us only having a limited alongside dock, then in summer monthly bookings take precedence over weekly and daily bookings until the dock is booked for the season then if there is space open, weekly first of all and then daily rates can be offered.
All summer dockage (1 June - 30 November) must be pre-booked and paid for with a first and last month deposit which is only refundable on 30 day notice of cancellation if we have other boats waiting for the slip for the busy summer season and can secure a deposit to fill same

Footage is measured from your bow sprit to your davits.
This is “NOT A WORKING DOCK”. It is purely a storage or live-a-board marina in an “Echo protected marine bay” so NO sanding, grinding, painting, fiberglassing, polishing, engine repairs etc. is permitted on our docks.
Any visitors to your boat must be cleared with the office be it friends or contractors (only Dominican approved contractors are allowed on our dock) for only eco friendly work.
